Omni
Media Networks currently needs funding or donations in kind
for servers and personal computers to support our existing
web broadcasts. Additional donations can also allow us to
provide new web broadcasts based in other communities throughout
the state of Oregon. All programming and operation of our
stations is done with the support of the visually-impaired
in the community. Broadcast content is focused on supporting
the needs of the visually impaired and the aging "baby
boomers" in the communities.
Internet
Radio Donors
Not everyone on a fixed income can afford to purchase their
own computer. We have found a solution -- an Internet
Radio. This radio is tuned to Internet audio streams and
reduces the costly burden of purchasing a computer. The radio
is accessible and with it almost everyone can access the worldwide
web of audio information and entertainment.
However,
for those on fixed incomes, even the cost of a radio ($200
to $300) can be hard to manage.
We are asking for your tax deductible contributions so that
we can distribute radios to the many people who have expressed
interest in them but who lack the means of purchasing one.
Our current drive is to raise $50,000 so that we can purchase
and distribute 200 Internet Radios.
