OUTSTANDING
VOLUNTEER DAN SEIFER
NOTE:
Dan passed away in early 2005. He was a wonderful volunteer
and a friend to all he met. He left a void in Golden Hours
that will be impossible to fill.

The
Volunteer Recognition Committee is pleased to announce the
Outstanding Volunteer of the Quarter for spring 2001 is Dan
Seifer. Dan is a tremendous asset to OPB's Golden Hours Radio.
He is heavily involved both on-air and behind-the-scenes.
"Energetic" and "with a constant twinkle in
his eye" are two ways that volunteers and staff describe
Dan. He maintains the Golden Hours Radio tape library, helps
prepare volunteers and staff for author interviews, and makes
sure there is fresh coffee every morning for everyone in Golden
Hours. Dan has been an OPB Volunteer since 1996, and has given
a total of 1807 hours. Congratulations to Dan for making such
a difference at OPB!
